All of the lavender destinations listed on the Oregon Lavender Destinations home page will be open to the publc this year. Please take a look at what each location has to offer, check their activities and hours (as everyone is different) and then come relax with us!
The Oregon Lavender Farm Tour is our featured, statewide lavender event the 2nd weekend in July each year. Participants are highlighted on the Farm Tour page. Most of the lavender destinations highlighted on this website will be open to the public during the Farm Tour, but not all of them will be offering festival activities.
There will not be a single statewide Oregon Lavender Festival this year. Instead, there will be many! Most of the Oregon lavender destinations hold their own festival or event when their lavender is in peak bloom. Use our Event Finder to see a listing of festivals and events that are happening in 2015 throughout the state. Note: They are not all on the same weekend, so you will be able to travel and catch events in various parts of the state!
Photography ContestCapture the magic of lavender bursting into color in the lavender fields throughout Oregon. Winning photographs are displayed on the Farm Tour, featured on our website, and used in our publications which are distributed statewide.
Paint OutIn weeks prior to the farm tour, plein air artists will reproduce colorful local lavender fields in paintings and display their art at a juried art show at the Yamhill Lavender Festival. To participate in the Paint Out, visit the artists' page.
