Come relax with us at the Oregon Lavender Festival July
10 - 11, 2010
Plan
to join us at the 2010 Oregon Lavender Festival to enjoy
the Oregon countryside at its fragrant best. Dozens of different
lavender destinations throw their doors open to the public so
that visitors can experience Lavender in Oregon firsthand by
touring lavender farms, lavender nurseries, and lavender celebrations
of all kinds. Expect to Relax! |
For
a day or two, leave the world of hustle and bustle, computers,
and chaos to soak in the delights lavender has to offer. Sometimes
simply standing in the midst of a lavender field with its overwhelming
beauty and aroma can be medicine enough to restore calm and recharge
your spirit.
Tour Lavender Locations,
each with its own
selection of different varieties of lavender, and each with
its own activities arranged for the festival. At lavender
farms, you can cut your own bouquets of fresh lavender;
at nurseries, you can purchase specialty lavender plants
and speak to experts on growing and cultivating lavender.
Each location has special events planned for the festival
weekend, so be sure to click on the destinations
tour page
to see what each lavender location has to offer.

At many of the locations you can
make your own lavender themed crafts, such as wands, wreaths,
crowns, and sachets. A
diverse range of lavender products will also be for sale, many
created by local craftsmen. Thanks to our generous sponsors!
Many
